HD Protective Services Dispatchers are communications personnel responsible for receiving and transmitting pure and reliable messages, tracking vehicles and equipment, and recording supervisors on road and guards working on the sites.

HD Protective dispatch performs a full range of radio and telephone operational duties at 24-hour facility. Dispatchers process and prioritize calls for police, fire and EMS assistance required by client or guards on location.

• Prioritize situations accurately and adopt effective courses of action
• Respond to and resolve difficult and sensitive inquiries and complaints for clients and talk to law enforcement office to resolve client issues (either by himself or on conferences calls)
• Interpret and apply pertinent policies, procedures, laws, codes and regulations.
• Enters security incident data into an automated record management system; prepares counter and other reports.
• Monitor and logs guards Sign in and sign out for shifts
• Monitors guard’s safety and protection of client’s assets.
• Monitors Guards and supervisors for implementation of bylaws.
